Your own address in Germany

Open an account and you get a personal Graensepakke delivery address in Harrislee, just outside Flensburg. Use it at checkout in any web shop that delivers to Germany — the shop sees an ordinary German address and ships as it would to any German customer.

What happens when a parcel arrives

We receive the parcel, measure and weigh it, and send you an email with the handling fee and a payment link. You then choose whether to collect it yourself, from the warehouse or our 24/7 parcel lockers, or to have it forwarded to your door.

What it costs

The address is free. You pay a handling fee per shipment according to its size, and storage is free for the first days — see the price list. Combining several parcels into one forwarding is free.
